MLS:Insight is a web design and hosting company. It is our intention to provide our clients with top-notch service and support. Below are some of the policies that we have adopted to better serve you.

Hosting:
MLS:Insight does not host nor develop hate or pornographic web sites.
NO exceptions.
All accounts are automatically renewed unless cancelled prior to renewal date. This applies to all monthly, quarterly, and yearly hosting accounts.
MLS:Insight can not guarantee the submission of your site to search engines. We offer the best code for the search engines to find you, however it is up to them whether or not to include them on their site.

Web sites that have not been completed within 1 year of the date on the signed contract, MLS:Insight will bill for work completed.

Billing and Payment Policy for Hosting
Accounts are billed by credit card. The customers credit card will be charged in full on or the next business day of either the 1st or the 15th of the month depending on their specific billing cycle date.

Late Payment Policy
MLS:Insight reserves the right to apply a late fee, consisting of 3% per month, on any account that is paid after their billing due date.

Fees
Returned Checks: $25.00 processing fee on all returned checks.
Charge backs: If you issue a charge back, either by mistake or fraudulently, MLS:Insight will assess a $50.00 processing fee for each individual charge back. Once a charge back has been received, we will immediately suspend your account until the matter is resolved. If you issue a charge back against MLS:Insight to avoid payment (fraudulent charge back), we will assess the $50.00 fee and add it to your account total. This will then be turned over to collections.
Declined Credit Card Fees: MLS:Insight charges a $2.00 credit card resubmission fee if your credit card is declined during three or more billing cycles within any given year. We will allow two declined cycles per year before we have to charge a resubmission fee. A year after the billing cycle was declined, MLS:Insight will drop that record from your account history.
Past Due Termination Fee: If your account is closed by MLS:Insight due to non-payment, we will add a $20.00 fee to your balance. MLS:Insight will release all necessary information regarding your account once your debt is settled.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of service requires 30 days prior written notice. Notice may be given by e-mail and must include customers name, domain name, and date of cancellation. MLS:Insight reserves the right to discontinue hosting to any customer for any reason.  MLS:Insigh twill give the customer 1 week notice before taking the web site down.

Disclaimer
MLS:Insight reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Client is responsible for regularly reviewing this policy. Continued use of the services following notice of policy change, after receipt of notification thereof, shall constitute the clients acceptance of such changes. MLS:Insight is not held liable for downtime of hosting account.
