How to Browse Listings
You do NOT have to register to browse listings

• Follow the main navigaion to "Browse Listings"
  
  
• Browse Listing by MLS #
• Enter the MLS Listing # into the "MLS ID #" field
• Press the Search Button below to submit your entry
  
  
• Browse Listing by specifying Search Criteria
  • Start by entering a Min. Price and Max Price into the corresponding fields.
  • Select the type of listing you wish to search for, multiple types are permitted
  • Next Select upto to a maximum of 10 towns by selecting the town from the list to the left and then pressing the "Add ->" button to add the town(s) to the list on the right. You can remove towns from the list on the right by doing just the same and hitting the "<- Remove" button instead of the "Add ->" button.
  • The Min # of Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Lot Acreage and Square Feet are not required but can be used to cut down your search results
  • Once your search criteria has been filled in, press the "Search" button below to submit your criteria.
    
    
• After submission, a list of all the qualified properties will be displayed with teasing information
  
  
• There are many sorting options available to you once the page has been loaded, these are located at the top of the results. Just simply click on the link of the way you which to sort these listings by and your results will be sorted as requested.
  
  
• The numbers at the bottom of the results represent the number of pages of listings your search has returned. Use the "Next Page" and "Previous Page" buttons to go forward and back One(1) page at a time, or you can quick jump to a page number by pressing on that number in the list
  
  
• You can view more detailed information for each listing by clicking on that listing's picutre of "View Listing" link below. Simply click on the "Back to Search Results" button to return to your results from this page

On each listing there are a maximum of 6 buttons that may or may not appear. These buttons represent the main features given to a registered user, they include "Email a Friend", "Save this Listing", "Add to Wish List", "Open House", "Add to Hot List", "View Virtual Tour" and "Calculate Mortgage".

How to "Opt-out" or "Unsubscribe" to MLS:Insight email alerts

• Follow the main navigation and to "Account Settings" and click on "Account settings" or click on "Update Profile"
• Choose "Unsubscribe" from the "Email alerts" field of this form to "opt-out" or to stop receiving email alerts from MLS:Insight.
• Once all your changes have been made, please click on the "Update Profile" button to finalize the changes to your account

How to Change your password

• Follow the main navigation and to "Account Settings" and click on "Change Password" from the resulting dropdown
• Enter your current / old password into the corresponding field
• Follow this by entering your new desired password between 6 and 12 characters long and a sequence of aplha-numeric characters only twice into the subsequent fields(Nothing like the following: (,),-,+,=,',",.,/,\,|,],[,},{,!,@,#,$,%,^,&,*, etc.)
• Once your desired information has been entered, press the "Change Password" button to submit your change.

Where can I update my information?

• Follow the main navigation and to "Account Settings" and click on "Update Profile " from the resulting dropdown
• Edit your profile information into the corresponding fields
• Once your desired information has been entered, press the "Update Profile " button to submit your change.
